TESTIMONIALS

Going to Caroline has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Although addiction problems prompted my first visit, I have gone on to discuss with her issues that have affected me for over 20 years. I have made progress in areas of my life I felt I could never talk about or resolve. I feel much happier and confident in myself and hopeful for the future.

'When I first started to work with caroline, I came with feelings of Frustration, disapointment, shame and anger. It was difficult at the begining as I was full of fear and held very little hope for myself or my future. But with a smile on her face and a comforting voice, I soon relaxed and felt more at ease. We work a lot with a flip chart. I love when she turns the giant white page over to a clean one. For me it feels like a new beginning, a new lesson in life is about to begin. I know I am going to learn something new about myself that I wasn't aware of before. Although I still have a long way to go, I am feeling much more confident and hopeful for the future.'
