About Caroline Quinn
Welcome to my web site!
My name is Caroline and I offer counselling and psychotherapy, in the beautiful settling of Rogerstown in Rush, North Co Dublin. My approach is person-centred, and integrative and adopts a cognitive (C.B.T) and mindfullness perspective and practice.
Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapy means that this style of counselling brings together various therapeutic theories in an integrated way, centred on the whole person - body, feelings, mind and spirit. A relational model of therapy – the interaction between the therapist and the client is central to the therapeutic process.
I am a Fully Accredited Member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).
A few words from me.....
I am passionate about the area of self care / personal development. I am committed to assisting and supporting individuals to reach their full potential in every area of their lives. It has been my experience that those who achieve the life they desire, do so because they invest the time and energy into bringing about change.
Each of us are on our own unique journey through life. At times, we can experience difficulties, traumas, loss or grief, and feelings of being stuck.
Counselling and psychotherapy provides a safe space for you to talk and be heard in a secure and confidential environment. It will offer you the opportunity to explore any issues that may be causing you difficulty and together we can work on establishing new ways of being and relating.
One of the things I love about this work is that I get to be part of this process. It is a a wonderful privilege to see how individuals flourish when they give themselves the permission and time to hear the still wise voice that lives in all of us.
“And the time came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
